1930 Bentley 4.5L Chassis undergoing complete restoration


While we are best known for our pre-war engine work, we are fully-equipped to rebuild the early postwar 6-Cylinder engines and V-8's.  This is a Phantom V engine we recently rebuilt for a valued Mid-West client.


Phantom III rebodied as a pickup truck in our workshops.  3DL70 replicates the Rolls-Royce 'works' truck used to deliver Merlin aircraft engines during WWII.


Springfield Silver Ghost Playboy Roadster undergoing total reassembly from basket case.


This irreplaceable Ghost steering wheel was all but destroyed in an attempt to (incorrectly) plate the spokes.  It is undergoing sympathetic restoration to new condition.


Springfield Phantom 1 Kingpin ready for the stub axle.  Springs rebuilt and rearched.  Part of a complete suspension rebuild to as-new condition


Springfield Silver Ghost Tappet. Tappet sleeved with aluminum bronze eliminating wear from lack of lubrication.


Silver Ghost Engine, completely rebuilt in our shops after installation in the chassis.  


20/25 engine being line bored.  Bearings must have .0015" +.0005" clearance on the crank and be precisely aligned from front to back.


Rare brass side Saxon spotlight restored and mount fabricated from scratch for Model T Fire Chiefs car.


This Silver Ghost engine was restored more than a decade ago in our shop.  Thanks to good maintenance and regular oil changes, it has seen more than 14,000 miles in that time without any issues.  Does your sump look like this?


1904 Curved Dash Oldsmobile engine. Complete mechanical restoration to prepare for Brighton Run. Cracked block repaired and copper pipe radiator extensively rebuilt.
